Despite the pain of lumbar degenerative disc, imprisoned Gonabadi Dervishe, Kasra Nouri refused to go to Adel Abad prison infirmary to take medicine, on 19 Azar 1392 ( Dec 10, 2013).
According to Majzooban Noor, since two days ago, the disc pain of Dervish rights activist, Kasra Nouri has intensified so prison guards tried to tranfer him to prison infirmary but Kasra refused in protest against medical inattention to other sick prisoners and also insulting religious beliefs of the prisoners of conscience who are held in Ebrat ward (ward of prisoners of conscience in Shiraz’s Adel-Abad prison).
As another jailed Gonabadi Dervish in Ebrat ward, Ebrahim Bahrami has suffered from internal bleeding since one week ago and judicial-security authorities refuse to transfer him to hospital for emergency treatment.
Kasra Nouri to protest against insulting the beliefs of other religious minorities, including Baha’is, Christians and using unpleasant words for them who are being held in Ebrat ward, even refused the injection to relieve his back pain.
It is worth mentioning that according to an informed source, sending ill prisoners of Ebrat ward out side prison for treatment depends on recognition and coordinate with Intelligence Ministry and needs to obtain a permit from Intelligence Ministry, otherwise the transfers will not take place even in the worst conditions.

Kasra Nouri has suffered severe back pain since the last month and regarding Adel-Abad prison infirmary’s diagnosis, he is suffering from spinal disc, sciatic nerve pain and respiratory disease so he must be taken to hospital for receiving the treatments he requires soon.

It should be noted that, this prisoner of conscience (at the age of 23) has not had these problems or something like that before and his disc disease of the spinal lumbar which causes severe back pains over the past few weeks, reportedly is due to being under ill treatment during his prison term. Up to now no attention has been paid to his critical conditions and he has now difficulty walking, so his family has expressed grave concern for the health and safety of him.
Ebrahim Bahrami, resident of Kavar town in Fars province has suffered from internal bleeding kidney since last monday 11 Azar ( Dec 2) and regarding the risks of internal bleeding he should be immediately taken to the hospital but up to now no attention has been paid to his critical conditions.

Also, two sick and jailed Dervishes, Hamid-Reza Moradi and Mostafa Daneshjou have remained in critical condition and in urgent need of specialized medical care which led them facing with a serious and life threatening conditions because of trying to sabotage judiciary by some judicial authorities including judge Salavati. Now unfortunately despite their dire situation, the permissions for transfer them to specialized treatment centers are not issued yet.
