These forces are visibly tense and jittery, betraying their fears as they monitor the goings and comings in the area around Evin prison.
According to a reporter from Dervishes Online who was outside Evin prison, the extensive arrangement of forces outside Evin prison on Sunday evening was aimed at preventing the possibility of any meetings or rallies in support of the arrested dervishes.
On the basis of this same report, those caught talking on their mobile phones were immediately identified and arrested. Special unit offers are striving to prevent the taking of any photos or the writing of any reports about the prison.
According to received reports, on Monday morning (19th September 2011; 28 Shahrivar 1390) the abovementioned forces attempted to arrest a number of people who were in the vicinity of the prison. The names of some of those arrested are: Ne’mat Kazemi, Davood Mehrad, Timour Homayoun, et 20 other persons.

Seven Gonabadi Dervishes Arrested in Front of Evin
Freedom Messenger – HRANA News Agency – On Monday, September 19, 2011, seven members of Nimatullahi Gonabadi Sufi Sect were arrested when they answered to a call to attend a gathering in front of Evin Prison in order to protest against the killing of a citizen in the capital city of Kavar County, Fars Province, and the imprisonment of other dervishes.
According to a report by Majzooban Nur, Nimatullahi Gonabadi Order News Site, security forces and plain clothes agents who were present in front of Evin Prison arrested Arash Shaltoki, Nemat Kazemi, Taymour Homayouni, Ali Babaie, Ramin Ashkohe, Mehdi Rahmati and Davood Mehrdad.
All roads leading to and from Evin Prison were monitored closely by security agents since last night, and Special Forces Guards were stationed in front of this prison from early morning hours on Monday. Due to heavy presence of security agents, Nimatullahi Gonabadi Sufi Sect cancelled its call for the gathering.
