Gonabadi dervish,Kasra Nouri who is confined in Shiraz Adel Abad prison, has been incommunicado from last week.

According to Majzooban reporter, He has been in detention more than 3 months in Adel Abad prison and last week, authorities of prison, to punish him for insulting and conflicting and also praying individually,transferred him to Guidance (Ershad) ward where is known as the “Black Hole” for two days and then he was again transferred to ward 11 (heavy crimes).

It is remarkable that, All this happened because clergy of prison had complained of Kasra Nouri.

It should be noted that, the prison clergy’s encounter with kasra Nouri has been very offensive so that he was starting to dispute and physically fight with this Gonabadi dervish and he tried pressing the neck of him and close his mouth to quiet Kasra Nouri, who was just defending of his rights and beliefs…

Gonabadi dervish,Kasra Nouri had previously been arrested on 11 January 2012 on the charges of “acting against the regime” and “membership in a deviant group.” After spending 46 days inside the Shiraz Intelligence Office and Adel Abad Prison, he was released on a $50,000 bail.

On 14 March 2012, Kasra Nouri was again arrested on the charges of “propagating against the regime in favor of foreigners” and “contact and interview with Radio Farda.”

It is important to say that, after the second arrest, his case has not been sent from Shiraz Intelligence office to the Revolutionary Court yet.

His family expressed concern over his condition in prison and they told Majzooban reporter that,

following the efforts of the lawyer and the family, Kasra was supposed to have been released on 24 Ordibehesht 91 ( May 13 , 2012 ) but, unfortunately, on orders from the investigative judge in charge of Kasra’s file, his detention orders have been again extended illegally.
