Today eleven Gonabadi dervishes were tried in Branch 14 of Shiraz’s Revolutionary Court.

According to Majzooban reporter, eleven Gonabadi dervishies’s court hearing was held in Branch 14 of Shiraz’s Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Kheshti, this morning on Tir 24 , 1391 ( Jul 14 , 2012 ).

At the beginning of this session, the cases of four Gonabadi dervishes, Messrs.Saleh Moradi Sarvestani, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan, Kazem Dehghan and Hamid Arayesh were investigated.

The court issued the bail of 100 and 50 million touman for Messrs.Saleh Moradi Sarvestani and Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan separately who have been still held in prison.

The court issued the bail of 100 million for Mr. Saleh Moradi , who has been in detention for more than ten months in Shiraz Intelligence detention center and Adel Abad prison on charge of “acting against national security”, but he said in his own defense that he has not committed any crime and refused to pay bail and was sent to prison again.

Also The court issued the bail of 50 million for gonabadi dervish, Mr.Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan,a Kavar county resident who was also held in Adel Abad prison and charged with “acting against national security” and “carrying illegally weapons”.

In another part of this session, the cases of seven Gonabadi dervishes, Kavar county residents.Messrs.Omid Akbari, Gholam Ali Beirami, Mehrdad Keshavarz, Mehdi Ghanbari, Haj Alijan Dehghan, Mossa Dehghan and Mehdi Dehghan were investigated.

These Gonabadi dervishes who had been summoned to court by phone last week, were tried on charges of “acting against national security”, “disturbing public order”, “assault and battery” and “carrying illegally weapons” This morning.

It should be noted that, a few days ago Messrs.Kazem Dehghan and Hamid Arayesh after being held more than five months in Adel Abad prison, were temporarily released on bail of 300 million toman.
