Gonabadi dervish, Mostafa Abdi, would be summoned to Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court for next Shahrivar 28 1391 (Sept 18 , 2012).

According to the summons issued to Mr.Abdi, his case will be handled in the court which presided by Judge Salavati in Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court on 28th Shahrivar 1391 (Sept 18 , 2012), Majzoban reporter said.

The charges listed in the summons are as “acting against national security” and “membership in deviant groups”.

On late Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011), Gonabadi dervish, Mr.Mostafa Abdi was arrested along with managers and stuff of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ) and after being in detention at about one month in Evin prison, was released on Bail.

It should be noted that Mr. Abdi had been previously summoned to court on 24th Tir 1391(Jul 14 2012) but according to the judge, the court session was postponed due to the absence of attorney.

Similarly, other Gonabadi dervish, Mr.Mehran Rahbari, was summoned to court by Judge Salavati on 20th Tir (Jul 10) and this court session also postponed while his lawyer Mr.Amlashi was not allowed to attend court.
