Despite doctor’s orders, Mostafa Daneshjou, jailed Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyer was discharged from the hospital and transferred back to prison on 19th Mordad 1391 ( Aug 9 , 2012).

According to Majzooban reporter, Mostafa Daneshjou due to exacerbation of his respiratory problems (asthma) had been hospitalized in Modarres hospital on last week.

Despite doctor’s orders on his hospitalized for further examinations and tests, he was discharged from the hospital and transferred again to ward 350 of Evin Prison.

According to the report, after his family followed-up about the reason of his early discharge, hospital staff said that, he has been discharged due to hospital security order and this is because people come to visit him!

It should be noted that, during the period of detention, his respiratory disease got worse and this is the third time that, Mustafa Daneshjou has been transferred to the hospital because of asthma attacks.

But each time, adequate treatment have not been done for this prisoners of conscience that he has to return to prison.

Our reporter added that, Mostafa Daneshjou, the solicitor of Gonabadi Dervishes who had been sentenced to seven months in Sari prison on charge of spreading lies and disturbing public opinion by appeals court in Mazandaran on Ordibehesht 28, 1390 (May 18, 2011), after the end of his sentence, transfered from Sari prison to the section 209 of solitary confinement in Evin prison on 7th Aban 1390 and up to now, he has been jailed in the security section 209 and 350 of Evin prison among with other dervishes’s lawyers and managers of Majzooban Noor website (Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site).
